Explained the situation of the molds and replaced the tubes and ensured all was well. Appreciate the genuine caring personality of the lady who checked and recommended new molds.

Pattello Balance and Hearing Center are a very professional business and the quality of service has always been the best. They actually seem to care about their patients from what I have seen. I know that’s how I personally feel if I’m in there for cleaning or service on my hearing aids. Think everyone I talked to feel the same way. You’ll be pleased with the aids as well as service.

Went to Pattillo Hearing center today without appointment. Didn’t expect to be able to see the Doctor. But was able to have one hearing aid repaired and both cleaned. This was so helpful to me. Thanks So Much.
